The network where work stays on the record.
VSN connects people and companies, carries opportunities into agreed work, and keeps a record of what happened — so a working relationship can close with a settlement both sides can stand behind.
Runs in any modern browser, and you can add it to your home screen. There is no App Store or Google Play download yet.
One network. Seven layers that hold together.
Most tools own a single moment — the introduction, the contract, the invoice. VSN is the layer underneath all of them, so what you establish in one carries into the next instead of starting over.
Profiles are open today. Identity confirmation through a provider is in development; until it exists, VSN says “Not established” rather than implying a check that never happened.
Meet. Scan. Connect. Work. Record.
Most of VSN is people finding each other and getting work done — at a desk or on a job site. The record comes after, and only where the work needs one.
Two codes, two jobs. One never stands in for the other.
One profile. Different proofs.
VSN doesn’t hand out one badge that means everything. Each proof is its own state, established its own way — and a profile shows only the ones that are real and that the member has chosen to disclose.
Scanning a profile shows its disclosed summary — nothing more. Private evidence and documents are never shown publicly.
A payment moves money. A settlement closes an obligation.
A transfer clears and tells you nothing about the agreement behind it. A VSN record keeps the agreement, the evidence and the decision together — and a settlement seal is issued only when the people responsible close it.
- 01 Connection You know who you’re dealing with.
- 02 Opportunity What’s on offer, and who is offering it.
- 03 Agreement Accepted by both parties — never by one alone.
- 04 Evidence What was done, attached where both can see it.
- 05 Closure The people responsible close it; the record is sealed.
Pay a member or a company the way you’d pay anyone you trust. The payment attaches to the work and joins its history. It does not carry a settlement seal.
When a claim, a dispute or an accepted invoice needs closing, settlement starts from that obligation. VSN works out which path applies and checks with you only when necessary.
Pay and settlement are rolling out in stages. VSN is not a bank, a lender or an escrow agent.
Where the record matters most.
The same network layer, applied where many parties, real money and later questions meet. Workflow infrastructure and governed records — the decisions stay with the people and firms responsible for them.
A company is a member, not a page.
Organizations join VSN in their own right — with their people, their relationships and their work attached, so the context around a vendor or a customer is already there when you need it.

Connect your financial activity to the record behind it.
Vendors, jobs, invoices, payments and receipts usually live in five different places. VSN keeps them in one line of history — from who you bought from to what your accountant receives at year-end.
VSN isn’t a procurement or ERP system. The record is complete for activity that runs through VSN, an authorized integration, or is deliberately recorded — not for everything a business spends.
VSN is not a bank, card issuer or money transmitter, and doesn’t hold your money. Accounts and cards would be provided by regulated partners — none has been selected, nothing is available today, and approval would never be guaranteed.
- i Member & company Workforce ID linked to your company
- ii Job or shift Assigned to a job, site, shift or work order
- iii Clock in / out Start and finish recorded against the job
- iv Breaks & corrections Appended with actor, time and reason
- v Supervisor approval An authorized representative approves
- vi Paid via partner Through a licensed payroll or payment partner
- vii On the record Time and payment, into the year-end package
A clock-in is a recorded entry, not proof on its own that work was done. Corrections are added with who made them, when and why — never overwritten. A workforce ID links a person to your company on VSN; it isn’t identity verification. Approval doesn’t establish wage-law compliance. Licensed payroll and payment partners handle pay calculations, withholding, tax filings, benefits and money movement.
Payments are made through licensed payment partners; VSN records the work and the payment. VSN is not a payroll, tax-withholding or benefits provider.
The year, already assembled for your accountant.
Most businesses rebuild their year from bank exports, inboxes and a folder of receipts. VSN is designed to keep the record as the work happens — vendor, job, invoice, payment and closure together — so year-end is a handoff, not a reconstruction.
In developmentVSN isn’t an accounting firm, tax preparer or advisor. The handoff is a structured record your accountant reviews — not tax advice, an audit or a filing.
Build on VSN
The same infrastructure that holds VSN together — identity, companies, records, settlement workflows — is being designed to open to the systems you already run. It isn’t available yet, and we’d rather tell you that than sell you a sandbox.
Where money moves, it moves through payment providers. VSN carries the workflow and the record, not the funds.
Intelligence that explains. People decide.
Vyen is the part of VSN you talk to. Underneath it, XAELIS Intelligence works inside the same rules as everything else on the network — it can explain, check and flag. It never acts for you.

- XAELIS IntelligenceUnderneath VyenThe governed intelligence layer — bound by the same permissions, records and audit trail as the rest of VSN. Rolling out
- XDIDeterministic intelligenceValidation, replay and provenance. The same inputs give the same answer, and every answer traces back to its sources. In development
- XFIFinancial intelligenceExplains payments and settlements, reconciles provider events against the record, and adds anomaly and risk context for a person to review. In development
- XDI & XFI APIsRoadmapIntended interfaces for the systems you already run. Architecture only — nothing to connect to yet. In development
XDI and XFI are internal systems today. Here they describe how VSN is built, not features you can switch on. Money moves only through payment providers, and people with authority make every release and decision.
Watch the work being made. Ask the person who made it.
Most platforms show finished work. On VSN, a named person or company presents it as it happens — a walkthrough, a build, a design taking shape — and the people watching can ask a question or request a quote. What they choose to keep becomes their portfolio.
- iLive sessionsA job, a piece in progress, or your screen while you design. Every session has a stated purpose and a named host.
- iiPremieresA finished film shown to people together — marked as recorded, with you there for questions.
- iiiSaved showcasesA portfolio on your profile or company page, kept only when you choose to keep it.
You choose who can watch, every time. No follower counts, no gifts, no leaderboards.
Partner with VSN early.
Establish a trusted company presence before the network takes its final shape — and help define how your category and its work are represented in it.
Trust is a record, not a badge.
We say what the system does and what it doesn’t. We list certifications only once they’re issued — none are listed today.

This site explains the network. The network itself lives at vsnnetwork.app — the same place whether you open it in a browser or from your home screen.
VSN isn’t in the App Store or Google Play yet. When that changes, this is where it will say so.
